Will I get a mock-up image after I have made my purchase?

You will not receive a mock-up design. However, if you do wish to get a mock-up design, do contact our customer support via email at help@yumenotenpo.com. Do state your order number when asking for a mock-up design.
What is the image size/resolution for the photos to upload?

It will be preferred to send in an image that has the same dimensions as your product. Any resolution is accepted but a higher resolution will allow a higher quality print.
Does Yume No Tenpo accept bulk purchases?

Yes we do accept bulk purchases. For more information, contact our customer support via email at help@yumenotenpo.com.
When is my order ready for self-collection?

Our staff member will contact you once your order is ready for self-collection. Our staff will arrange the dates with you for self-collection
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Generally, it takes 8-15 working days for your orders to be processed and shipped out to your location.
Why is my order taking longer to reach my location?
